The Market

Everything on the market table came out of the ground about forty feet away. Our 7,200-square-foot permaculture garden supplies the market through the growing season — heirloom tomatoes, purple hull peas, tomatillos, cucumbers, potatoes, berries, and whatever else is doing well that week.

The farm also offers farm-fresh eggs, and Tchinina makes jams, jellies, fruit butters, salsas, and vinegars year-round with whatever's in season. The Cynthiana grape jelly that took first place at the Osage County Free Fair comes back every fall.

MARKET HOURS

Trails and Market is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am – 4 pm, unless closed for an event. There’s an open/closed sign at the gate.

Overnight guests can shop from 8 am – 10 pm.

What's available changes with the season. Everything is grown or made here on the farm, including our Cynthiana grape jelly — first place at the Osage County Free Fair.

MAKE A DAY OF IT

The best way to visit is to come out on a Saturday. Walk the oak trails, see what's ready in the garden, pick up a jar of something, and bring a picnic — we've got the blankets. The market and trails are open Saturdays and Sundays, 10 to 4.

Submitting this starts a conversation — Tchinina will confirm what's available and arrange pickup at the farm, or delivery if you're in the Tulsa area and the order is large enough. Payment by cash, Square, Venmo, or Cash App.

  • Yes, farm-fresh eggs year-round from hens that range the property. Supply dips in the hottest part of summer, so if you're driving out for eggs specifically, call first.
